My name is Elexis Stanley, and I am a second year intern through the Birdville Center of Technology and Advanced Learning. I attend Richland High School in North Richland Hills, Texas where I am apart of the 2016 graduating class. I am in the BCTAL-Richland Chapter.  

    As a child I found myself compelled to constantly ask "Why?" and explore how things worked. As I got older I was compelled to explore with others and influence them to exercise the same curiosity. As I entered grade school it was evident to me that I not only should be an educator but that I also strongly desired the opportunity to instill my sense of inquisitiveness into the children who will soon carry our country on their shoulders.
